Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500g penne
- 2 cups of cream
- 250 g mushrooms
- 125 g ham (cooked ham)
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 100 g cheese, grated
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cook the pasta. Slice the mushrooms and dice the ham, then fry in a pan and season with salt and pepper. Add the cream, then the tomato paste. Let it reduce slightly until it becomes slightly creamy. Transfer the pasta to a baking dish and pour the sauce over it. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake the casserole for about 20 minutes at 180°C (350°F), until the cheese is nicely browned.
