Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g tortellini
- 100 g mushrooms, fresh
- 1 onion(s)
- ⅛ liter meat broth
- ⅛ liter cream
- 100 g cheese (Gouda), grated
- 50 g Parmesan
- 30 g butter
- Salt
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Clean, wash, and slice the mushrooms. Peel and dice the onion. Heat a little butter in a saucepan and sauté the onions. Add the mushrooms and sauté briefly. Add the meat broth and cream and season with salt and pepper. Cook the tortellini according to the instructions and place in an ovenproof dish. Pour the mushroom sauce over the tortellini. Sprinkle with grated Gouda and Parmesan cheese and bake in the oven at 180°C (top heat) until golden brown. Garnish as desired.
