Baked pasta casserole with minced meat and mushrooms

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta
  • 250 g mushrooms
  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 2 cups of cream
  • 50 ml brandy
  • 300 ml vegetable broth, without flavor enhancers
  • salt and pepper
  • curry powder
  • Paprika powder
  • Coriander powder
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 200 g cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

for a large casserole dish

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Dice the onions and sauté with the ground beef. Add the chopped mushrooms and sauté. Season to taste. Deglaze with the brandy and simmer. Now add the vegetable stock and cream and season to taste. Transfer the pasta and sauce to a large casserole dish and sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 10-15 minutes in a preheated oven at approximately 160°C (320°F).
