Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g mushrooms
  • 10 g butter
  • Salt
  • Pepper, freshly ground
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 1 onion(s) (preferably shallots)
  • 50 g ham, finely diced lean raw
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, small
  • 2 slices white bread, toasted (large slices)

Instructions

Heat the butter in a pan, add the finely diced raw ham, onion, and chopped garlic, and sauté until translucent. Add the sliced ​​mushrooms, which have been cleaned with a kitchen towel (never wash mushrooms, as they will absorb water and lose their flavor), to the pan and sauté. Season with salt and freshly ground pepper. Stir in the cup of crème fraîche. Toast the white bread and arrange on a plate, garnishing with chopped parsley.
