Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g chocolate, whole milk
- 200 g cream
- 1 pack of cream stiffener
- 100 g almonds, finely chopped (alternatively hazelnuts and/or walnuts)
- 2 tbsp jelly (blackcurrant)
- 20 ml brown rum
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Crumble the chocolate and carefully melt it into the cream (a double boiler isn’t necessary; it also works in a saucepan over low heat). Mix well and let cool. Add the cream stiffener and whisk until fluffy. Stir in the almonds and/or nuts along with the blackcurrant jelly, rum, and vanilla sugar. Chill.
