Gentleman's cutlet – very fine and tasty

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 pork chops or pork loin steak
  • 1 tsp caraway seeds, chopped
  • 1 pinch of garlic salt
  • 3 tbsp fat, or some olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Mustard, to taste
  • 2 tbsp capers
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 2 tbsp sweet cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Peel the onions and slice thinly. Pound the chops and rub them with the chopped caraway seeds and garlic salt. Heat the fat in a pan and fry the chops for about 2 minutes on each side until golden brown. Then season with salt and keep warm. Sauté the onion slices in the fat until translucent. Add the mustard, capers, and sour cream. Season the sauce with salt, add the chops, and sauté for 5 minutes. Serve with mashed potatoes and a green salad. The caraway, mustard, and capers give the sauce a wonderful flavor!
