Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 5 tomatoes
- 1 handful of grapes
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 apple
- 1 spring onion(s)
- 1 pinch(s) pepper, white
- 1 pinch of seasoned salt (tomato-mozzarella salt)
- 5 tbsp, heaped dressing Sylter style
- 1 handful of cheese, grated or diced, to taste
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Wash the tomatoes and then cut into cubes or small pieces. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Place everything in a bowl. Wash the grapes, halve them, or even quarter the larger ones, and add them to the bowl. Wash the spring onions, trim off the stems and tops, and cut into small pieces. Add them to the bowl with the rest. Rinse the apple briefly and peel it if desired. Otherwise, just halve it, core it, slice it, and then cut it into small pieces. Add it to the remaining ingredients and stir everything together. Season to taste with tomato and mozzarella, salt, and white pepper. Let stand for about 2 minutes, then add the salad dressing and stir again. If desired, add grated cheese or cheese cubes if desired. Cover and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
