super easy

This recipe is particularly suitable for using up leftover egg whites. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Continue beating with a hand mixer over a hot water bath (preferably in a metal bowl) for another 10 to 15 minutes until the egg mixture is thoroughly heated. When the mixture has cooled slightly, pipe the waffles onto the waffles using a piping bag. Finally, refrigerate the waffles until completely cool. In the meantime, melt the chocolate coating. Add a little coconut oil so that the melted chocolate is no longer so thick and has a nice shine when poured over the wafers. Let the chocolate cool slightly and then pour it evenly over the wafers. Decorate the wafers with various chocolate coatings or other decorations as desired. Finally, refrigerate the wafers for about an hour until the chocolate is completely hardened.
