Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g rolled roast
- ½ bag of Rösti wedges
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup of cream
- ½ tsp mustard
- 200 g cheese, grated, (Emmental)
- e.g. curry powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes
Cut the meat into finger-thick slices and place in a baking dish. Place the hash browns on top of the meat, ensuring they are completely covered. Mix the sour cream with the cream and mustard, and season with curry powder. Pour the sauce over the meat. Bake the whole thing in the oven at 200°C for 45 minutes. Then remove the casserole dish and spread the Emmental cheese over it. Bake for another 15 minutes, until the cheese has reached the desired brown color.
