Great dessert for a party – easy to prepare in large quantities

Toast the desiccated coconut in a dry pan until golden brown. Remove the wafer bases from the marshmallows, crumble them, and mix with the orange juice. Then fold in the desiccated coconut. Place the marshmallow mixture in a bowl, roughly chop them, and mix with the quark using a hand mixer. Whip the cream with the cream stiffener and the powdered sugar until stiff and fold in. In a glass bowl or serving glasses, alternate layers of the quark cream mixture, red fruit compote, and the coconut wafer mixture. Let it set well in the refrigerator and decorate with a mini marshmallow to serve.
