Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 kg Kassel salmon meat
  • 1 can pineapple
  • 1 can peas
  • 1 can of mushrooms
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • 1 stalk(s) leek
  • 2 onions
  • 1 bottle of Hungarian-style paprika sauce
  • 1 bottle of chili sauce
  • 2 cups of cream
  • e.g. chili powder
  • e.g. curry powder
  • salt and pepper
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 20 minutes

Lightly grease a roasting pan. Dice the meat and place it in the pan first. Clean the peppers and leeks, then dice or slice them. Arrange them on top of the meat. Then add the other vegetables and the pineapple. If you prefer a less runny dish, drain the vegetable water. Finally, add the sauces and cream. Season to taste before serving. Add salt, pepper, chili, and curry powder, if desired. Bake in the oven at 200°C for about 2 hours.
