Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g Skyr
  • 2 eggs
  • some sugar or sweetener as needed
  • 3 golden plums
  • 4 tbsp almond flakes

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Pit the golden plums, chop them, and place them in an ovenproof casserole dish. Whisk together the skyr, eggs, and sweetener. Spread the smooth cream over the plums. Sprinkle with the sliced ​​almonds. Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan oven). Bake the casserole for 20-30 minutes, depending on the size of the dish.
