Tanja's cheesecake with plums

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 75 g oat flakes, wholemeal
  • 50 g wheat flour, type 405
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 2 tbsp sugar, possibly a few drops of sweetener for diabetics
  • 250 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 200 g sour cream, 10% fat
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp sugar, possibly a few drops of sweetener for diabetics
  • 50 g wheat flour, type 405
  • some butter-vanilla flavoring
  • 10 plums, halved and pitted
  • some oil for the mold
  • some flour, for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Preheat oven to 180°C. Combine all dough ingredients. Grease a round, heat-resistant glass baking dish (28 cm diameter) with a little oil and sprinkle with flour. Pour the quark mixture into the baking dish and spread evenly, pressing it firmly into the edges with a wet spoon or wet fingers. Mix the low-fat quark with sour cream, eggs, sugar, flour, and vanilla extract. Stir everything until smooth and pour into the dish. Place the plum halves on top and press down lightly. Bake for approximately 45 minutes.
