Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g rice (medium grain rice)
  • 400 g pork or turkey
  • 4 tbsp tomato paste
  • 4 tbsp paprika powder, sweet
  • 1 pinch of chili powder
  • ½ garlic clove(s), squeezed
  • 2 tsp, leveled salt
  • 1 tsp, levelled pepper, ground
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 2 bell peppers, red, diced
  • 800 ml water

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

Cut the meat into small cubes and quickly fry in oil in a pan. Add the tomato paste and stir thoroughly. Pour in 800 ml of water, add the rice and the remaining ingredients. Cook on low heat for about 45 minutes. Lamb’s lettuce goes well with this dish.
