Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 150 g chicken breast fillet(s)
- 2 bell peppers, red
- 2 onions
- 150 g Cabanossi
- 250 g rice
- 400 g tomatoes, chopped
- 150 g peas, frozen
- salt and pepper
- 500 ml chicken broth
- 4 tbsp olive oil

Wash the chicken breast, pat dry, and dice. Clean the bell peppers and finely dice them. Slice the onions and slice the Cabanossi sausages (I use small Cabanossi sausages). Heat olive oil in a pan and stir-fry the meat, Cabanossi sausages, and rice. Add the onion, bell peppers, chopped tomatoes, and peas. Stir, season with salt and pepper, then pour in the broth. Cover and simmer over low heat for 25 minutes. Very important: do not stir!
