Ingredients for 10 servings:
- 500 g flour
- 250 ml milk, lukewarm
- 70 g sugar
- 70 g butter
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pack of yeast (dry yeast) or
- 30 g yeast, fresh
- 2 eggs
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes
Heat the butter and milk to 30°C – 40°C. Mix the flour, yeast, eggs, and salt together, then add the lukewarm milk and butter. Knead everything into a smooth dough (approx. 15-20 minutes). Then place in a warm place (40°C in the oven) and let it rise for 30-45 minutes. Knead again and let it rise for 10 minutes. Finally, shape the dough as desired, e.g., rolls, cakes, cream puffs, etc., and then simply bake.
