Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 8 bunch chives
  • 6 eggs, hard boiled
  • salt and pepper
  • some oil
  • some vinegar
  • Condensed milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Trim the chives and cut them into small rolls. Scoop out the yolks from three eggs and mash them, then mix with salt, pepper, vinegar, oil, and a little canned milk. Chop the remaining eggs and egg whites into small pieces and stir into the salad. Mix everything together well and add enough canned milk. Serve with fried potatoes!
