Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • ½ cup(s) brown sugar

On the day you get Herrmann (day 1) you need to feed him: 1 cup milk 1 cup flour 1 cup sugar Keep Herrmann in a tall, covered container in the fridge and stir him every day, because he always wants to go high. Put the remaining 2 cups of Hermann in a large bowl and mix in the following ingredients: 1/2 cup oil 1 packet of baking powder 1 cup raisins or chocolate sprinkles 2 cups flour 1 cup sugar 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 1 cup nuts or almonds 2 eggs Carefully mix everything until well blended. Pour the batter into a well greased and floured baking pan. Before baking, add a mixture of: 1/2 cup melted butter 1 tablespoon cinnamon 1/2 cup brown sugar Bake Herrmann at 180° for about 45-55 minutes.
