Spaghetti with smoked salmon and arugula

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400g spaghetti
  • 2 packs of cream cheese or herb cream cheese
  • 125 ml milk
  • 150 g smoked salmon
  • Herbs, Italian
  • salt and pepper
  • a few stalks of arugula
  • Parmesan

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Cut the smoked salmon into small pieces. Combine the (herb) cream cheese with the milk in a saucepan and heat. The sauce should be creamy; add a little more milk if desired. Season the sauce with salt, pepper, and Italian herbs, if desired. Drain the spaghetti and serve with the sauce, smoked salmon, and arugula. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, if desired.
