Sparkling Wine – Cobbler

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 part brandy
  • 3 dashes Curaçao
  • n. B. sparkling wine
  • some fruits
  • e.g. ice (crushed ice)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Pour the curacao and brandy into a glass about half full of ice. Stir briefly, top with sparkling wine, and garnish with fruit. Serve with a straw and spoon. Cobblers are typically prepared with plenty of ice in a glass, 1/2 to 2/3 full, and garnished with fruit. Canned fruit is particularly suitable; fresh fruit should be sugared.
