Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g flour
  • 250 g quark
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 8 tbsp milk
  • 6 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 100 g onion(s) (fried onions)
  • 100 g cheese, cut into strips
  • 100 g bacon, diced

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Party rolls – enough for about 16 pieces

Using the dough hook of a hand mixer, knead the flour, quark, baking powder, milk, oil, salt, and sugar. Once everything is thoroughly mixed, add the fried onions, cheese strips, and diced ham and knead together. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper and form the dough into approximately 16 rolls. Place the rolls on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Place in the preheated oven and bake on the middle rack for approximately 35 minutes. The rolls taste great on their own or spread with cream cheese.
