Very quick and easy!
Grind both chocolates slightly and melt them in a baking dish in a preheated oven at 100°C (top/bottom heat) for about 15-20 minutes. Meanwhile, crush or crumble the cornflakes in a bowl by hand. Then add the desiccated coconut and slivered almonds and mix everything together well. Stir the melted chocolate, add the mixed ingredients to the bowl, and mix until everything is coated in chocolate. Then, using a teaspoon, place small heaps of chocolate onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper and wait until the chocolate has hardened or dried. The chocolate usually takes several hours to dry, but it’s best to let it dry overnight. The recipe can be adjusted as desired. You can also use cinnamon, raisins, other nuts, or white chocolate. These chocolate crunchy mountains are delicious not just during the Christmas season.
