Hot chocolate on a stick

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 200 g dark chocolate coating
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • possibly powdered sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

A slightly different kind of cocoa – a great gift idea!

Line 6 shot glasses with parchment paper. Finely chop the chocolate coating and melt it over a bain-marie. Stir in the cocoa powder and cinnamon. If you like it sweeter, add powdered sugar. Fill each glass with 1 tablespoon of the chocolate mixture. As soon as it begins to set, insert a wooden stick or small spoon. To drink, heat a glass of milk, froth it if necessary. Dip the chocolate stick into the chocolate, melt it, and enjoy.
