Rice pan with vegetables and minced meat

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 bags of rice
  • 1 bell pepper(s)
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 can of tomatoes or fresh tomatoes
  • 1 onion(s)
  • ½ can corn
  • 250 g mushrooms
  • 500 g minced meat
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • some tomato paste
  • possibly water or broth
  • Herbs, e.g. rosemary, thyme
  • salt and pepper
  • chili powder

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Super easy – super delicious!

Cook rice according to the package instructions. Brown the ground beef until crumbly (without oil is fine), then set aside. Sauté the chopped vegetables, onions, and garlic in hot oil. Then add a little tomato paste and the can of tomatoes. Sauté for about 5 minutes. If the mixture is too dry, add a little water or broth. Add corn, rosemary, thyme, salt, pepper, chili, etc., and simmer briefly. Stir in the ground beef and rice. It tastes best reheated the next day.
