Herb cheese cream

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 80 g butter, soft
  • 100 g Gouda, finely grated
  • 3 tbsp cream
  • 2 tbsp herbs, finely chopped, e.g. chives and parsley
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper from the mill

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cream the butter. Add the cheese and cream one at a time and process until smooth and spreadable. Add a little more cream, if desired. Mix in the herbs thoroughly and season with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
