Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g minced meat, of your choice
- 450 g Brussels sprouts, frozen
- 500 g mushrooms, fresh brown
- 2 class can/n tomatoes, chopped
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 4 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tsp sweet paprika powder
- 200 g cream cheese, of your choice
- Salt and pepper, freshly ground black
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Prepare the Brussels sprouts in the microwave according to the package instructions, halving or quartering the florets depending on their size and set aside. Clean, halve, and slice the mushrooms. Fry the minced meat in a large (non-stick) pot until crumbly, while seasoning with salt, pepper, and 1/4 teaspoon of paprika. Then add the tomato paste and curry powder, stir in, and braise briefly. Deglaze with the chopped tomatoes and a little water. Now fry the mushrooms in a separate pan and add them to the pot along with the Brussels sprouts and the remaining paprika. Finally, stir in the mustard and cream cheese, and season again with salt and pepper if desired. Serve with rice.
