Cucumber and minced meat pan

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 600 g cucumber(s)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 200 g minced meat of your choice
  • Oil for frying
  • 100 ml broth, homemade or instant powder
  • 1 cup sour cream, approx. 200 g
  • dill
  • salt and pepper

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Cut the cucumber into small pieces (unpeeled has more bite). Peel the onion and finely dice it. Heat oil in a pan. First, sauté the diced onion until translucent. Then add the cucumber pieces and ground beef and fry. Stir in the broth and sour cream. Stir and simmer for about 5 minutes. Season with dill, salt, and pepper. Serve with short noodles, rice, or simply a baguette.
