Zucchini and minced meat pan

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 m.-large zucchini
  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 125 ml broth
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp tomato paste
  • salt and pepper
  • 200 g sheep’s cheese
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Dice the onion and crush the garlic. Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the minced meat with the onion and garlic. Wash and dice the zucchini. Wash the tomatoes, remove the stems, and dice them as well. Add both to the minced meat and sauté for about 10 minutes. Then add the tomato paste and broth. Season to taste and finally add the crumbled feta cheese. Serve with rice or baguette.
