Tuna tartare with celery

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g tuna (sushi quality)
  • 2 spring onions
  • 1 stalk(s) celery
  • 1 tsp, heaped ketchup
  • ½ tsp mustard
  • 1 dashes fish sauce
  • 2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
  • e.g. salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Finely chop the spring onions and celery. Cut the tuna into small cubes. Carefully mix all ingredients into the tuna cubes. Season with salt and pepper. Let stand in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Season again to taste.
