Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g mushrooms, brown
  • 1 can of tuna, in its own juice
  • 1 shot of sauce (salsa sauce)
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 3 large onions
  • 2 tsp herbs, Italian
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 3 tbsp tomato paste

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Clean the mushrooms (wipe with a paper towel – not with water) and slice them. Melt the butter in a pan and sauté the mushrooms for about 15 minutes. Then slice the onions and sauté for about 5 minutes. Add the tuna and mix with Italian herbs, salt, pepper, tomato paste, and salsa sauce. Cook for about 10 more minutes over medium heat. This dish can be eaten hot or cold and tastes best with toasted baguette or garlic bread. It sounds simple, but tastes delicious.
