Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 2 kg asparagus
- some rapeseed oil
- 200 g breadcrumbs
- some salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp herbs, dried
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
Peel the asparagus and place it on one or two baking sheets. Mix the breadcrumbs with salt, pepper, and herbs. Brush the asparagus with oil and sprinkle the breadcrumbs over it. Bake the asparagus in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 30 minutes. If you like, you can also mix some grated cheese into the breadcrumbs and serve with Dutch gravy.
