Minced meat casserole with pasta and mixed vegetables

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 250 g pasta
  • 1 gr. can/n mixed vegetables
  • 2 eggs
  • 250 g cheese, grated
  • 200 ml whipped cream
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Season the minced meat with salt and pepper and fry in a pan. Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Mix the eggs with the heavy cream and season (I always use Knorr Aromat Universal). Drain the water from the mixed vegetables. Add the minced meat, pasta, and mixed vegetables to the baking dish and mix. Then pour the cream and egg evenly over the ingredients. Finally, sprinkle the cheese on top. Cook in a preheated oven at 200°C top/bottom heat (180°C fan-assisted) on the middle rack for approx. 30–40 minutes. Serve immediately.
