- 2 garlic cloves
- 120 g sausage (chorizo)
- 2 large tomatoes
- 10 cherry tomatoes
- 1 tsp rosemary
- 1 tsp basil
- Salt
- pepper
- Oil, for frying

Chop the onions and slice the garlic. Cut the chorizo into 1-2 cm thick slices and quarter the slices. Dice the tomatoes and halve the cherry tomatoes. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the onion and garlic. Add the chorizo and fry. Add the tomatoes, including the cherry tomatoes, and let it simmer. I lightly crush the tomatoes with a fork. Then season to taste with herbs and spices. I like to eat this sauce with fresh pasta.
