Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g quark (20% fat)
  • 10 tbsp milk
  • 2 bell peppers, red or yellow
  • 2 gherkins
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 1 bunch of radishes
  • Tabasco
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

delicious quark with potatoes, jacket potatoes, dip, quark

Mix the quark with the milk until smooth. Finely dice the bell peppers, gherkins, onion, and radishes. Stir everything into the quark. Season with Tabasco and salt to taste.
