Wild garlic curd with paprika

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g quark
  • 1 half bell pepper(s)
  • 1 handful of wild garlic
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • e.g. paprika powder
  • possibly milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash half the bell pepper and cut into very small cubes. Wash and finely chop the wild garlic. Mix both with the quark and a little salt. Stir in a little milk and paprika powder, if desired. This quark tastes delicious on crispbread.
