Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 250 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 100 ml cream
  • 1 can of tangerine(s)
  • 2 heads of chicory, cleaned, finely chopped, leaving some leaves whole
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp chocolate shavings
  • ¼ tsp chili flakes
  • n. B. Cookie(s) of your choice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Drain the mandarins and add them to a bowl with all the other ingredients. Gently mix the ingredients, let them stand for about 1 hour, and arrange them on a chicory leaf.
