Pineapple cream dessert

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 g pineapple from the can, chopped
  • 500 ml cream
  • 8 sheets of white gelatin
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 2 cl liqueur (coconut liqueur)
  • ¼ liter pineapple juice
  • 1 bar of chocolate (milk)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Mix the sugar and vanilla sugar with the pineapple juice. Dissolve the gelatin in it. Stir in the pineapple pieces and coconut liqueur. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form and, when the gelatin begins to set, gently fold it in. Refrigerate until ready to serve. To serve, grate the chocolate and sprinkle over the cream.
