Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 roll(s) of pizza dough (ready-made product)
- 100 g Emmental cheese, grated
- 100 g sour cream butter, room temperature
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 1 tbsp garden herbs, dried
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Preheat the oven to 220°C (top/bottom heat) and line a baking tray with baking paper. Mix the Emmental cheese with the butter. Press in the garlic and add the garden herbs. Mix everything together to form a cream. Roll out the pizza dough. Spread half of the cream in the middle of the dough (long side). Fold the dough in half and spread the other half on top. Fold the dough in again. Place the dough seam down on the baking tray. Fold the dough up slightly on the right and left to prevent the cream from running out. Make a few cuts in the top of the dough. Place the baking tray on the second rack from the bottom of the oven and bake the pizza bread for approx. 25 minutes, until the pizza bread is browned to your liking.
