Strawberry chocolate quark

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g quark
  • 200 ml cream
  • 100 g dark chocolate
  • 250 g strawberries
  • 4 tbsp milk
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 2 tbsp sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Melt the chocolate in a double boiler and mix with the quark, milk, 6 tablespoons of cream, and sugar. Wash the strawberries, chop some of them, and fold them into the quark mixture. Puree the remaining strawberries. Whip the remaining cream with the vanilla sugar until stiff. In a bowl or glass, alternate layers of quark and strawberry puree. Decorate with the cream and strawberries. Refrigerate for about 1 to 2 hours.
