Bread with whole eggs

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g oat bran or wheat bran
  • 100 g spelt flour
  • 500 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 3 tbsp flaxseed and/or sesame
  • 6 eggs, size M
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 apple or carrot, grated
  • e.g. walnuts, pumpkin seeds or sunflower seeds
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Mix everything together and pour into a greased loaf pan. Cut a slit lengthwise down the middle with a knife and bake at 200 degrees Celsius (top/bottom heat) on the middle rack for about 50 minutes. You can vary the bread topping with nuts or seeds as desired.
