Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 450 ml milk
- 60 g chia seeds
- e.g. honey or agave syrup
- 500 g strawberries
- 1 lime(s)
- 300 g Greek yogurt
- some sugar
- 4 tbsp almonds, roasted
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 6 hours; Total time approx. 6 hours 10 minutes
Mix chia seeds with honey or agave syrup and milk and let it soak for at least 4-6 hours. Pour immediately into serving glasses. Stir occasionally. Rinse and wash the strawberries, halve them, and marinate them with fresh lime juice to taste. Mix the yogurt with a little sugar until smooth. Add the strawberries, then the yogurt, and finally the almonds to the chia pudding and serve.
