Garlic cream with cream cheese

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 6 bulbs of garlic
  • 600 g double cream cheese
  • 250 ml milk
  • 2 bunches of parsley
  • salt and pepper

Preheat the oven to 200°C (180°C fan-assisted oven). Add the garlic bulbs and bake for 30-60 minutes, depending on the size of the bulbs, until they are completely soft. Then remove them from the oven and let them cool slightly. Separate the bulbs into individual cloves and then press the soft flesh out of the skins with the back of a knife. Rinse the parsley, shake dry, and set aside 3-4 sprigs for decoration. Pick the leaves from the remaining sprigs and chop very finely. Mix the cream cheese with the garlic, milk, and parsley and season with salt and pepper. Transfer to a bowl or (very nice in autumn) to an empty pumpkin and serve garnished with the remaining parsley.
