Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g zucchini
  • 150 g sour milk
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 2 tbsp chives, fresh, chopped
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • e.g. salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash and grate the zucchini. Stir together the dressing and season to taste. Mix the dressing with the zucchini and season again if necessary. Serve on plates or in bowls.
