Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 350 g cucumber(s)
- 1 tsp lemon zest, grated
- 2 tbsp lemon juice, fresh
- 2 tbsp grape seed oil
- e.g. salt and pepper
- possibly chili powder
- 100 g cream cheese, natural
- 1 tbsp milk
- n. B. herbs, e.g. dill and chives
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Wash the cucumber and thinly slice or grate it. Arrange it fan-shaped on plates and drizzle with lemon juice and grapeseed oil. Season with salt and pepper, and chili flakes if desired. Stir the topping until smooth and place it on the cucumbers in a dollop or dot.
