Saxon Linseed Oil Quark with Jacket Potatoes

  • 8 piece Small potatoes
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 1 bunch Chives fresh
  • 500 g Lowfat quark
  • 250 g Natural yoghurt
  • 50 ml Linseed oil
  • Salt
  • Sweet paprika
  • 1 piece Liver sausage fine
  1. Stir in the quark about one to two hours before serving so that it can permeate well. To do this, cut the onion and chives very finely, stir together with the quark, yoghurt, linseed oil, a pinch of salt and a little paprika and store in the refrigerator.
