Fish: Bismarck Herring, Tomato Salad, Jacket Potatoes and Quark Dip with Linseed Oil

Ingredients
 

For the tomato salad

  • 4 medium Tomatoes
  • Chopped onions
  • Oil and vinegar
  • Salt pepper

For the fish plate

  • Bismarck herring canned drained
  • Pickled hot peppers
  • Onion rings
  • 2 Gherkins

For the quark dip

  • 1 cup Cream cheese
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 small Chopped onion
  • Salt pepper
  • Linseed oil

Instructions
 

Tomato salad

  • Wash and chop the tomatoes, pour salt & pepper over them and round off with oil and vinegar

Quark dip

  • Mix the cream cheese with a little milk to a cream, add the onion cut into small pieces and season everything with salt & pepper, serve with linseed oil (if you like it).

The fish plate

  • Trap the Bismarck herrings on a plate, spread the onion rings and the pickled peppers on top. Halve the cucumbers lengthways and cut again crossways and place them on the plate.
