Ingredients
For the tomato salad
- 4 medium Tomatoes
- Chopped onions
- Oil and vinegar
- Salt pepper
For the fish plate
- Bismarck herring canned drained
- Pickled hot peppers
- Onion rings
- 2 Gherkins
For the quark dip
- 1 cup Cream cheese
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 small Chopped onion
- Salt pepper
- Linseed oil
Instructions
Tomato salad
- Wash and chop the tomatoes, pour salt & pepper over them and round off with oil and vinegar
Quark dip
- Mix the cream cheese with a little milk to a cream, add the onion cut into small pieces and season everything with salt & pepper, serve with linseed oil (if you like it).
The fish plate
- Trap the Bismarck herrings on a plate, spread the onion rings and the pickled peppers on top. Halve the cucumbers lengthways and cut again crossways and place them on the plate.
