Quark with Potatoes and Linseed Oil

The perfect quark with potatoes and linseed oil recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Quark
  • 100 ml Natural carbonated mineral water
  • Linseed oil
  • Salt
  • 1 bunch Chives
  • 1 Onion
  • 6 Potatoes
  1. Cook the potatoes (as small as possible) with their skins in salted water.
  2. Peel and dice the onion. Wash the chives and cut into small rolls.
  3. Mix the quark in a bowl and add the mineral water in sips. Stir until the quark is creamy. Now add a large pinch of salt, the chives rolls and a large sip of the linseed oil to the quark and stir well again.
  4. Drain the boiled potatoes and peel them if necessary.
  5. Arrange the potatoes and quark on a plate. Possibly salt the potatoes a little (if you like). Put a few diced onions and a drop of linseed oil on the quark and then let taste.
  6. BON APPETITE !!
