Jacket Potatoes with Quark and Linseed Oil

The perfect jacket potatoes with quark and linseed oil recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 kg Potatoes fresh, unpeeled
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Caraway seeds
  • 500 g Quark semi-fat
  • 2 tbsp Milk
  • 2 tbsp Cream 10% fat
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 small Onions
  • 3 tbsp Linseed oil
  • 4 tbsp Butter
  1. Brush the potatoes thoroughly, wash and boil with salt and caraway seeds for 20 minutes. cook. Mix the quark with milk and cream and season with salt and pepper. Peel and finely chop the onions and mix with the quark with the linseed oil. Drain the potatoes and serve with the quark and butter.
