Quark

  • 250 gr Quark of your choice
  • 1 half Onion
  • 100 gr Green cucumber
  • 1 Knobizehe
  • 50 ml Linseed oil
  • Salt pepper
  • 50 ml Milk

arugula salad

  • 150 gr Arugula
  • 1 half Onion
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 shot glass Full of linseed oil-a double-laugh
  • 1 handful Dill
  • Salt pepper
