Breaded Zucchini Rings, Filled for Breakfast or Lunch
The perfect breaded zucchini rings, filled for breakfast or lunch recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 Discs Zucchini fresh
- 3 Pc. Eggs (L)
- 1 packet White sauce
- 1 Pc. Fresh tomato
- 1 branch Basil
- 1 branch Parsley
- 100 g Finely chopped bacon
- Flour
- Breadcrumbs
- Salt
- Pepper from the grinder
- Butter
- From my huge zucchini that I wanted to and have boiled down, I took 2 slices aside to try something small for in between.
- I cut the kernels out of the slices, breaded them like a schnitzel and put them in a pan heated with fat. Bake them on a low flame and turn them, then put the egg in the middle and keep baking on a low flame.
- In the meantime, sear the bacon and prepare a white sauce. This seasoned with pepper from the mill and salt and then put some decoration on the plate. Basil, parsley and tomato.
- Put the sauce on the plate and put the filled zucchini slice in the sauce, put the bacon on top and you can see what came out of the photos.
- For in between I found it delicious but as always it is a question of taste … I hope I haven’t forgotten anything, bon appetit
